We are certain you will be pleased with your La Furla Furs (LaFF) product but should you desire to return, at the discretion of LaFF we will offer a one-time exchange on certain items. Item must be unworn and in new condition. If an items says Not Available for Return or Exchange, unfortunately because this is a special order items, we cannot return or exchange. However, because our goal is for you to have a delightful and favorable experience, as a member of the LaFF Family, we will work hard to ensure a resolution to your issue.
